Under the leadership of the manager of Chinese restaurant & banquet, carry out Chinese restaurant & banquet work to ensure standardized service processes and high-quality customer experience.
2)监督中餐服务员、宴会接待员、酒水员等岗位的工作,确保服务标准执行到位。
Supervise the work of positions such as Chinese cuisine waiters, banquet receptionists, and waitresses to ensure that service standards are implemented effectively.
3)处理客户投诉、宴会预订、突发事件及日常运营问题。
Handle customer complaints, banquet reservations, emergencies and daily operational issues.
4)参与员工排班、培训、绩效考核与团队管理
Participate in employee shift scheduling, training, performance assessment and team management.
5)保持餐厅及宴会厅环境整洁、设施完好、服务高效。
Keep the restaurant and banquet hall clean and tidy, with intact facilities and efficient service.
