2)监督客房服务员、公区服务员、洗衣房服务员等岗位的工作表现。
Supervise the work performance of positionssuch as housekeeping attendants, PA attendants, and laundry attendants.
3)处理客户投诉与突发事件,确保客户满意度。
Handle customer complaints and emergencies toensure customer satisfaction.
4)协调与前台、工程等部门的配合,确保信息畅通。
Coordinate with the front desk, engineering andother departments to ensure smooth communication of information.
5)定期检查客房卫生、设施设备及安全状况,确保符合酒店标准。
Regularly inspect the cleanliness of guestrooms, the facilities and equipment, as well as the security conditions toensure they meet the hotel standards.
6)负责楼层员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。
Responsible for the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the staff on the floor.
