Supervise the work of the public areaattendants to ensure that the public areas are clean, safe and comfortable.
3)处理公共区域的突发事件,如设备故障、客户投诉等。
Handle emergencies in public areas, such asequipment malfunctions and customer complaints.
4)协调与客房、工程、保安等部门的沟通与配合。
Coordinate and cooperate with departments suchas the housekeeping, engineering, and security.
5)定期检查公共区域的卫生、设施设备状况,确保符合标准。
Regularly inspect the hygiene of public areasand the condition of facilities and equipment to ensure they meet thestandards.
6)负责公区员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。
Responsible for the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the staff in the public area.
