Supervise the work of the laundry staff, andimprove service efficiency and quality.
3)管理洗衣设备的维护与保养,确保设备正常运行。
Manage the maintenance and upkeep of thelaundry equipment to ensure its proper operation.
4)协调与客房、前台等部门的沟通与配合,确保布草供应及时。
Coordinate communication and cooperation withdepartments such as the housekeeping and the front desk to ensure timely supplyof linen.
5)控制洗衣成本,优化能源与物资使用。
Control the cost of laundry operations andoptimize the use of energy and materials.
6)负责洗衣房员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。
Responsible for the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the laundry room staff.
