Complete the preparation, processing, cooking and plating of Western dishes in accordance with the menu requirements.
3)配合领班完成厨房工作安排,确保出餐效率。
Cooperate with the supervisor to complete the kitchen work arrangements and ensure the efficiency of meal preparation.
4)保持个人卫生和厨房环境整洁,遵守食品安全规范。
Keep personal hygiene and the kitchen environment clean and tidy, and abide by food safety regulations.
5)协助进行食材检查、库存管理及厨房清洁工作。
Assist in food ingredient inspection, inventory management and kitchen cleaning.
6)积极参与培训与技能提升,提高专业水平。
Actively participate in training and skills improvement to enhance professional proficiency.
