2)协助饼房员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。
Assist in the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the pastry kitchen staff.
3)协助饼房厨师长制定菜单、优化产品结构。
Assist the pastry chef in formulating the menuand optimizing the product structure.
4)确保饼房设备正常运行,环境整洁、安全。
Ensure that the pastry kitchen equipment isoperating normally, the environment is clean and safe.
5)与前厅、采购等部门协调,保障原材料供应和产品销售。
Coordinate with the front office, purchasingand other departments to ensure the supply of raw materials and the sales of products.
