Keep the restaurant and banquet hall clean and tidy, with intact facilities and efficient service.
4)协助处理客户投诉、宴会预订、突发事件及日常运营问题。
Assist in handling customer complaints, banquet reservations, emergencies and daily operational issues.
5)遵守酒店安全与卫生规范。
Comply with the hotel's safety and hygiene regulations.
