宴会统筹主管 Event Management Supervisor

The event management supervisor’s main functionis the arrangement and coordination of related events including diningrequirement and room’s arrangement etc. This position need to familiar with theproducts knowledge of hotel very much, and make sure the BEO or Group Resumeshould sent to related department on time with correct information. The Event Management Supervisor is responsible for adhering to all Marriott SOP’s or LSOP’s andpolicies.
宴会统筹主管的主要职能是对酒店宴会活动进行相关的安排与协调，包括餐饮和住房相关事宜。宴会统筹主管需要对酒店的产品知识非常了解，确保宴会活动能够按照预期进行开展，确保发出的相关要求的准确性和及时性，以保证相关部门能够及时开展接待工作，进而保证客人的满意度。宴会统筹主管负责坚持所有万豪的服务标准和本地区服务标准和政策。
