· Works with superiors in thepreparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financialtargets

This is the top Maintenance/Engineering job in a large full-service,luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with multiple sites and facilities, anumber of major outlets, high volume catering and convention facilities, and alarge number of VIP and key guests. Supervises a staff of maintenance/engineering tradespersons andcontractors. May oversees subordinate managers and supervisors.

Hotel experiencepreferred. Professional certification and license if required by law.
