Duties andResponsibilities工作职责

· Works with superiors in thepreparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financialtargets

· Attendsto all types of repair and maintenance work of the Hotel premises including anynew additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained bythe Hotel.

aCCOUNTABILITY责任
This is the top Maintenance/Engineering job in a large full-service,luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with multiple sites and facilities, anumber of major outlets, high volume catering and convention facilities, and alarge number of VIP and key guests. Supervises a staff of maintenance/engineering tradespersons andcontractors. May oversees subordinate managers and supervisors.

Technical school graduate either in one of the trades ofelectrical/electronic/mechanical/refrigeration & air conditioning/ plumbingor obtains vocational training plus 3 years of experience in related work, itinclude 1 year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of educationand experience. Hotel experiencepreferred. Professional certification and license if required by law.
