JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
• Perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
• In charge of department files record and management.
负责部门文件的收发、登记和存档管理。
• In charge personnel file management
负责员工档案的管理。
• In charge staff check in and check out management. Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists
负责员工入职和离职的办理及管理。遵循聘用前,雇用期间和离职检查单。
• In charge of department meeting minutes and follow up
负责部门会议纪要及跟进。
• In charge of staff attendance and leaves management and report in place.
负责员工考勤和假期管理并定期提供报告。
In charge social insurance & housing fun payment correctly and in time.
负责社会保险和公积金及时和准确的缴纳。
• In charge of staff meal , transportation and accommodation coordination and management.

• In charge staff area management ( staff canteen, locker room, smoking room etc)

• In charge department purchasing and fixed asset management.

• Assist with line staff counseling and career management
协助员工的咨询和职业管理工作。
• Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines

• Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

• Assist AHRM for recruitment issues.

• Complete other tasks assigned by Superior.

Qualifications –

• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.
