1. 5 years’ experiences in international hotels, and 2 years’ experience as duty engineer.

2. Full knowledge of engineering system, particular in air-conditioning and electricity.

3. Knowledge on technical rooms and machinery operation, and be familiar with what hotel technique needs.

4. Be familiar with the safety standard for associates’ working environment.

5. Be able to analysis data for trouble-shooting and give suggestions for improvement.
