Security guard working at staff entrance they should do as follows:
Keep the external visitor registration form filled in correctly. Be warm and kind to any visitors and report to management if any suspects were found.
Monitor and check strictly to each passed TM as the following lists, Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
No flammable or explosive items, corrosive, drug or edge tool brought into hotel.
No liquor brought into hotel. Should be registered
No items which has same label with hotel property brought into hotel.
No property or items without clarification taken out of hotel if there is no Gate-Pass permission form signed.
Any items under the same label or brand of hotel will be detained and make a record to the name and Employee No. of the involved person.
Check carefully any article or items passed. The delivery car’s No. the item name, quality and the related time should be recorded. The items uninvolved can’t be brought to hotel and any samples taken-in should be recorded and cancel the record when it was taken-out. Forbid delivery personal entering into the unidentified area and persuade them leave hotel immediately if they have finished the task. If they should go to the unidentified area they should got the permission of the relevant Department Head and the record is also needed.
Check if there is any item hidden, left or in good order in the process of unloading. If there is any good article or guest left items hidden in the rubbish or any erotica hid in the empty boxes.
The lent-out articles should the valid Gate-pass permission form be signed. When the articles are returned the permission form will be wrote-off. The lent company should pay for any damage involved. The invoice should be given out in purchasing or refunding.
Check the load area whether there is dangerous item or the food put in a mess. Avoid any TM pass through the Delivery access.
Keep the fire-engine passage clear and let the Fire-Lift at the right place in case of fire.
Monitor Employee card put at the right place.
Keep workplace cleaned well.
Be skilled at how to use kinds of fire equipment’s and know how to organize team to put out the previous fire and assist members to escape.
Security guard on parking duty should do as follows:
Keep a security guard on duty day and night at the car park.
Keep cashier guard on duty in the car park.
The car-director guard should be at duty office and lead the car park alertly.
The guard at car parking can’t come into the hotel without DHA’s permission
Those who is not the duty cashier guard can’t go to the toll-house.
Don’t smoking on duty.
Keep good courteous to each customer.
Hand-over to next shift when work finished and pay more attention to the parking fees and invoice.
Security guard should do as follows in patrolling
Check the safety and fire related issues in whole hotel.
Keep the parking area in good condition and direct car parking and ensure all the parked cars in safety.
Manage the related taxis according to the Taxi Management Policy.
Immediately report illegal acts/incidents, any attempts of unauthorized entry and all suspicious or unusual activity.
Check guest registration issues and assist front office to work well.
Check and give out the external visitor’s Pass-permit Card. Implement the External visitor’s policy and stop any suspects entering hotel.
Patrolling into the whole hotel regularly and report to management and action-taken in case of any emergency found.
Check the passed articles and the bearer can pass after present the signed Gate-pass Form.
To avoid any property brought away, strictly implement the Bag-Check regulation.
Keep the deposited keys in good condition and fulfill the key-lent procedure.
