1. Ensure that the activities of all Executive Floor employees are performed on the basis of established procedures and standards.
确保所有行政楼层员工的日常工作根据拟定的程序和标准进行。
2. Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival.
在贵宾到店前检查所有的预留房间。
3. Check list of arrivals for the day, take note of VIPs and other special instructions and requests and implement them.
监察每天的到达客人名单，记录下贵宾客人和其他特别指示或要求并根据要求完成.
4. Ensures that guest needs, inquiries, complaints are properly handled and accommodated.
确保客人的需求，询问，投诉适当处理和调解了。
5. Send pre-arrivals email to all coming VIP guests 72 hours prior if email address has been provided by the guest.
在电子邮箱已经提供的前提下，需要在72小时前为所有的预抵贵宾客人发送电子邮件。
6. All VIP guests preference and needs have to be collected and fulfilled upon arrivals, special requirement and unique information need to be shared with related departments on daily basis.
所有到店的贵宾客人的喜好和需求需要在办理入住时收集齐全，并每日将客人的特殊要求和特别的信息发送和分享给相关的部门。
7. Inspects and ensure all Executive Floor rooms and all VIP rooms the welcome amenities are prefect set up prior to guest arrivals.
提前检查行政楼层贵宾的房间和欢迎物品。
8. Confirmed with Housekeeping department to ensure all VIP guests have been provided personalize amenities, also mini-bar have been personalized set up upon arrivals.

9. Ensure food and beverage service in the club lounge is exceptional.
确保行政酒廊独特的餐饮服务质量。
10. Providing business center style services and meeting rooms to Executive Floor guests.
确保行政楼层的客人在酒廊能享受商务中心式的秘书服务。
11. Ensure properly inventory control of beverage, tableware and linen in Executive Floor.
确保行政楼层的酒水，餐具及布草的控制。
12. Ensure all damage of tableware, glassware in Executive Floor are recorded and follow up with hotel procedures.
根据酒店制度确保行政楼层所有餐具，杯具的破损
13. Greet VIP guests personally.
