This position is concerned with the food and beverage control function which relates directly to accounting and
safekeeping of the hotel assets

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparation of the Daily Food and Beverage Report pertaining to the daily cost of food consumed, as well as employees’ meals.
准备每日关于食品消耗的食品和酒水报告,同时包括员工餐厅的餐费
· Supervise the monthly stock-take of food and beverage inventories and the bi-annual stock-take of operating equipment.
执行和监督每月食品和酒水盘点工作,以及每半年的运营设备的盘点.
· Participate in the monthly market survey of food/beverage and general store items, when needed.
必要时参加每月食品/酒水以及总仓物品的市场调查.
· Prepare monthly food and beverage cost and the applicable journal vouchers
计算每月食品和酒水成本及制作相关的分类帐凭证.
· Perform any other task assigned by the Cost Controller.
履行成本控制经理分配的其他工作.
· Assist in the day to day function of the Accounts Payable section relating to Cost Control.
协助应付帐款处理与成本控制有关的日常业务.
· Supervise the Cost Clerk.
