About Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou
Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a luxury island retreat fully commanding a 30 acre (12 hectare) private island on the scenic Jinji Lake. Job Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for All-Day Dining Kitchen Sous Chef who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Job Summary
Assist the ADD kitchen chef for all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/ storage of all food items in accordance with standards. Coordinates the purchase of all food and develops menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High school education or equivalent experience.

• Michelin Starred Restaurant / The Worlds 50 Best Restaurant/ Black Pearl Restaurant or related experience is preferred.
拥有米其林餐厅/全球50家最佳餐厅/黑珍珠餐厅工作经验者优秀考虑
• At least 3 years’ experience in a kitchen management role.
拥有3年以上的厨房管理经验。
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
熟练使用Microsoft Office套件及相关软件。
• Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.
