SUMMARY
岗位概述
To
work with the PR Team on generating awareness of the resort through all media
outlets; including a strong focus on local awareness; and assist in the
development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the
development and execution of the annual public relations plan. Focus on the resort website, and the
development of a resort e-Newsletter and all electronic marketing tools.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS 核心职责
Manage online guest comments.
Advertising & collateral
production - PO's, artwork coordination with vendor or agency
/publication.
Handling PR administration works,
for instance contract updates, payment request, media trip related follow
up, media clippings, award record and other admin works.
Manage the standardized works with
artist, for instance, template poster, template digital screen post,
template menu updates and banner updates,
Hotel's internal liaison person for: Photography/filming
arrangement . Magazine/collateral
distribution (i.e., flyers, CD for salespersons, lift posters etc.)。 Public
Relations -related presentation materials (i.e., Comms Meeting slides etc.)Together with the team to grow into
more responsibilities, for instance, create engaging content for social
media with the hotel template and brand guidelines. (WeChat, Weibo, and
IG)and develop and
expand on-line community (e.g., We Chat followers)
Manages gift voucher system
(complimentary).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
College
education required. Background in Public Relation,
Marketing, Hospitality management and Advertising
is preferredRelevant internship experience Proficient in Microsoft Office
SuiteFluent in both written and oral English
and Chinese
