Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1、To determine the team assigned to their own sales objectives, to achieve the departmental business objectives under the leadership of the department manager.
在部门经理的带领下,确定团队分配给自己的销售目标,完成部门营业目标,
2、Continuously develop, develop new customers, represent the hotel through customer relationship management, maintain close contact with customers in the local and international markets and market the hotel.
不断开发、发展新客户,代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
3、Communicate with other departments in a timely manner to ensure customer bookings.
及时与其他部门沟通,保证客户的预订。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1、 Familiar with the local market
熟悉本地市场
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大专以上学历。有一年同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3、 Acquire certain market sales knowledge and skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products and services.
掌握一定的市场销售知识和技巧,全面了解本酒店的产品和服务。
4、 Strong coordination, sales and social skills and written and oral expression ability.
有较强的协调、推销和交际能力及书面、口头表达能力。
