To supervise the FrontDesk, Concierge team, Executive Lounge and the AYSto strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates areadhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulation. Need tobe able to perform in all front office functions. Total responsibility forhiring, training, and development all associates working for the Front Officeand AYS. Assist the Director of Rooms in all areas to ensure smooth operations.Mark sure achieve all FO goals on BSC
