Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1、To determine the team assigned to their own sales goals, to complete the department business objectives under the leadership of the department manager.
在部门经理的带领下,确定团队分配给自己的销售目标,完成部门营业目标,
2、Continuously generate and develop new customers.
不断开发、发展新客户。
3、Frequently visit old customers, maintain a close relationship with old customers, keep abreast of the new needs of old customers and the source of customers, and deal with dining and other matters for them at any time.
经常拜访老客户,与老客户保持密切的关系,及时掌握老客户的新需求和客源情况,随时为他们处理用餐等事宜。
4、Timely communication with other departments to ensure customer bookings.
及时与其他部门沟通,保证客户的预订。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1、 Familiar with the local market
熟悉本地市场
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大专以上学历。有一年同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3、 Acquire certain market sales knowledge and skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's products and services.
掌握一定的市场销售知识和技巧,全面了解本酒店的产品和服务。
4、 Strong coordination, sales and social skills and written and oral expression skills.
有较强的协调、推销和交际能力及书面、口头表达能力。
5、 Work experience in sales department and F&B department.
有销售部、餐饮部工作经验。

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好
- 计算机能力:熟练
