Job Responsibilities

Assist to coordinate of all aspects of the departments operation to ensurethat the services of the department are delivered to internal customers withthe aim of exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with JW standards andprocedures. Analyze and respond to associates’ feedback and satisfaction and delivera positive commitment to continuous improvement of product and performance.
根据JW品牌的标准和程序,协助员工餐厅厨师长协调部门的运作去确保员工餐厅的服务呈现到给内部员工时超过他们的期望。分析和反馈员工的意见和满意,确保为提高餐厅菜品的质量和服务提供持续性的承诺。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1. 5 to 8 years culinary experience within 5 star hotel and or restaurantequivalent.
在5星级酒店的员工餐厅或者相连的餐厅里有5至8年的厨房经验。
