Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction,maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Demonstratesknowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws andregulations. Develops and implements business plan for food and beverage. Improvecustomer files and information, maintain key customer relationships and manageF&B sales teams, and be responsible for the overall sales performance ofF&B.

2. Managesall restaurant operations and associate on a daily basis. This position isconcerned with assisting the Director of Food and Beverage in organizing,directing and managing the overall running of the Food and Beverage operationand through commitment, constantly improve product and quality in a manner thatensures customer satisfaction and departmental profitability.

3. Areaof responsibility all restaurants, Bar/Lounge. As a department head, direct andworks with the food and beverage management team and associates to successfullyexecute all restaurant operations; strives to continually improve guest andassociate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas ofresponsibility.
负责所有餐厅,宴会,酒吧/大堂吧区域,作为部门主管,指导和配合餐饮管理团队和同事成功执行餐厅的所有营运工作,努力不断提高客人和员工满意度,并最大限度地提高餐饮财务业绩
