Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1、Responsible for achieving the hotel's room and food and beverage sales targets.
负责实现酒店的客房和餐饮销售目标。
2、Assist the Director of Marketing and Sales to develop sales and marketing plan and budget.
协助市场销售总监制订销售市场计划及预算。
3、Maintain close contact with customers in local and international markets and market the hotel through customer relationship management on behalf of the hotel.
代表酒店通过客户关系管理,与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。
4、Ensure that the hotel operation is in line with the tourism industry regulations, business operation regulations.
确保酒店经营符合旅游行业法规,商业运营法规。
5、Manage the performance and efficiency of the team.
管理团队员工表现及工作效率的提高。
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1、Familiar with the local market in Changsha, able to grasp and understand the market and competition, understanding of business travel, tourism international market, conference travel and catering sales.
熟悉长沙本地市场,能够掌握和理解市场和竞争,了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游及餐饮销售。
2、College degree or above. One year working experience in the same position is preferred.
大专以上学历。有一年同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3、Master certain market sales knowledge and skills, comprehensive understanding of the products and services of the hotel.
掌握一定的市场销售知识和技巧,全面了解本酒店的产品和服务。
4、Possess leadership skills and understand the responsibility of the responsible department for each position
具备领导才能,了解所负责部门对各职位的责任
5、Possess excellent oral expression and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English.
具备优秀的中,英文口头表达及书写能力,英语流利。
