Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

2. Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

3. Ensures all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms and in accord with the grooming standard

5. Handles associate question and concerns.

10. Supervises restaurant and all related areas in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

Job Requirements

1. Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
丰富的餐厅运营经验
2. Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet, event restaurant service operations

3. Broad understanding of facility management (Sanitation, maintenance and operations)
对设施关系(卫生,维护和运营)有广泛的理解
4. Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department

5. Financial management skills, ability to understand P&L statements, manage operating
budgets, forecasting and scheduling
