Participates in staff recruitment, organizes
on-the-job and monthly training for all staff,
Supervises and managers performance in order to ensure
clients’ satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards.
参与员工招聘、组织全体在职员工的月度培训,监督管理者的工作表现,以确保客户
的满意度和坚持凯宾斯基的服务标准。
Control rates for group business, group space
blockage and timely wash, especially during the peak season / high demand days
when expected occupancy is above 85%.
若预测酒店某天入住率将超过85%时,需要对团队生意,团队价格及时确认,并及时洗房,尤其是在旺季或者市场需求非常高的时间段。
Supervises the Reservations Team in their daily
duties, including pick-ups, travel agents’ commissions, staff responses to
clients, etc.
在日常工作中,监督预订部员工的工作职责,包括日常订房,旅行社佣金,员工对客户的回应等。
Control Rate Override Report on a daily basis
for all departments.
每天控制价格超卖报表。
Reviews all arrivals on peak periods to minimize
unexpected "duplicated booking" or cancellations.
在酒店高出租率的情况下,对预抵客人预定进行核实,以最大限度避免重复预订和订房取消。
Monitors call handling to maximize opportunities
in up selling.
监管并最大化预订部的客房增销计划。
Ensures all reservations are thoroughly reviewed
for accuracy prior to guest’s arrival.
在预订客人到达前,确保所有预订的正确性。
Train, develop, and motivate staff to increase
productivity.
培训、发展和激励员工以提高其工作效率。
Maintain good working relations with other
departments and keep close contact with regular guests, ensuring their needs
are identified, and relayed to concerned departments for service delivery.

Review Synxis, OCM & PMS availability keeping sufficient inventory for
high yield segments.
检查Synxis,OCM与PMS可用性保持足够的库存以确保更高的收益。
Ensure all sellable contracted rates are loaded
in all systems for ease of use by Reservations.
确保所有可销售的协议价格在系统里能简单准确的预定到。
Ensure all internal package breakdowns are
loaded and in line with financial department.
和财务部协作,确保所有包价的内部划分录入PMS系统。
Supervise the Reservations Agents in their daily
duties, including pick-ups, travel agents’ commissions, staff responses to
clients, etc.
监督预订员的日常工作,包括预定增加,旅行社佣金,工作人员对客户的答复,等等。
Control no show and late cancellation charges.
控制没有抵达和取消的客房的费用收取。
Update Serenata configuration / offers /
confirmation letters set-up in corporate design, if applicable.
更新符合集团标准的配置/报价/确认书建立,如果适用。
Ensure that the team is aware of the internal
credit policy.
确保团队已经了解内部信贷政策。
Follow up on lost business and bring information
about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
跟进丢失的业务,并把它们的信息给部门上级。
To spot-check reservations made the previous day
and check all VIP arrivals.
抽查预定的前一天,检查所有抵达贵宾。
o prepare Reservation and Revenue reports/papers on a monthly basis.

Maintain all reservation standards.
维持所有预订标准。
Keep department informed of all changes in
systems or procedures.
确保部门了解程序和系统的所有相对应变化。
Monitor reservation pick-up for the coming
months.
监控未来几个月的预订情况。
Maximize employee productivity and morale within
the department and consistently maintain discipline within hotel guidelines and
local regulations.
最大化预订部员工的生产力,始终保持酒店内的行为准则和地方性纪律。
Schedule employees in line with varying business
levels in order to maximize productivity and minimize payroll costs.
以最大化生产力和减少工资成本为首要因素并结合员工不同业务水平来安排日常预订部工作日程。
Test calls LQA / IFH results > 85%.

Select and recruit suitable employees for the
department using prescribed set of policies and procedures.
根据部门使用政策和程序选择和招聘合适的员工。
Conduct annual performance evaluations.
进行年度绩效评估。
Perform any other duties as assigned to him/her
by management.
执行分配给他/她的任务因为分配给他/她管理层执行任何其他职务。
