Assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in managing the
day to day operations of Chinese Restaurant in order to meet business requirements
and clients’ satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to service standards and operating
procedures. He / she is scheduled to
work on a different shift than Chinese
restaurant Manager as his / her job responsibilities are an extension of
F&B Director's responsibilities to ensure continuity and maintenance of
standards.

The Director of Food &Beverage will
arrange your duties, days off and vacation when operation need it.
在工作需要期间餐饮部总监会直接安排你的工作,休息日和假期。
Supervises the day-to-day
operations of the Chinese Restaurant activities to ensure compliance with all
policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the
clients' expectations.
督导中餐厅的日常工作和服务,以确保各项政策、程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标。
Coordinates and supervises
the work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure
there is an adequate number of staff on duty based on the forecast and submits
for approval.
协助和监督下属的工作,协助餐饮部经理完成日常工作计划的准备,以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务。
Participates at times in the selection of all reporting staff. Motivates
them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required
and participates in the evaluation of their performance once a year.

Assists in the identification of training needs and the development of a
training plan. Implements the training
activities and assists in the follow up to ensure compliance and their
effectiveness.

Inspects the Chinese Restaurant areas to ensure that the physical
facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety
regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance and
arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants
servicing, etc.
定时检查中餐厅的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全及定期清洁、保养维修。
Maintains high visibility during mea service in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promotes good public relations, takes corrective
actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
保持高度集中,以确保服务的顺利进行,促进良好的公共关系,纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉,以确保他们得到满意的回复。
Coordinates the service
activities with the kitchen on order to achieve a timely delivery of food
whilst ensuring effective communication.

Controls stock from the
beverage / bar operation effectively ensuring pars are respected.

Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their
availability. Controls usage of all food
items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment ensuring
all equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.

Monitors operating expenses to
ensure the cost of sale is in line with the annual budget.

Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel
promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct
subordinates accordingly so that they are able
to anticipate
and answer clients'
requests and questions.

Accomplishes a
set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing
reports,
maintaining a logbook and other specific
duties related to the job function.

Is knowledgeable about the
Food and Beverage and Hotel Product
