Greet/ bid farewell to everymember, potential member and guest who visits the club

Serve waiting members and guestsas quickly as possible.

Give a clear and friendlyresponse to any questions asked.

Answer the telephone within threerings in the correct manner and give a clear and friendly response to allqueries.

Always use names when speakingwith members & guests.

Provide quality member servicethrough front desk and all aspects of the club

Take ownership of any feedback/complaints received by listening and responding according to the complaintspolicy
