Review and track competitor set results on a daily basis to enable analysis
of penetration indices and forecasting of competitor business.

Review hotel and Compete Pricing on a daily basis to monitor/manage channel
parity and competitor set pricing. Review primary TPI channels and naked
wholesale rates (including prepay) and alert if any actions are required.

In compliance with Kempinski standards, update the room forecast in KIT or
internal forecast template for rolling 90 days plus special events.

Revise and update room pricing in all channels. Maintain system integrity for
rate loading, data exchange, coding of market segment & rate code.

Manage all channels (Brand.com OTA, GDS, other internet direct and
indirect) including but not limited to room types and sell strategy. Responsible for ensuring compliance with rate
parity and managing distributors in compliance with Kempinski standards and
rules.

Review EzRMS forecast and hurdle points relevant to the internal (manual)
forecast and if necessary, revise segment forecasting to ensure that product
and inventory yielding and length of stay is being managed appropriately.

Revise system restrictions within PMS and other channels in line with
pricing & yielding strategy set by Director of Revenue Management and
ensure the information is cascaded/communicated to relevant departments.

Maintain sell calendar and hurdle and distribute as necessary

Update and analyze denial activity, proportional to demand and pricing
(Denied demand, unconstrained demand, turn aways)

In line with Kempinski standards, update rooms, channel, GEO, and monthly
reports are actioned.

Submit all relevant files in accordance with mandated timelines.

Participates in revenue meeting & distribution activities.

Analyze impact of advertising / marketing / promotions.

Track and establish pick up & pace trends, occupancy history and market
segment development to assist forecasting.

Participate in operational and functional meetings, providing feedback and
direction to these meetings as required.

development opportunities as required.

All additional tasks related to Revenue, E-Commerce & Reservation
assigned by Director of Revenue Management is to be supported and followed up
with professional working attitude.

Design and develop package product, promotions & flash sales activities
together with the relevant departments including F&B and Marketing to cross
sell F&B and Other revenue.

Attend all Con call sessions organized by Corporate. (Unless valid business
reasons)
