Life Guard 救生员

岗位职责：
1.
Assisting department’s supervisor with the task of ensuring area’s Forbes
standards and safety are not compromise for any reasons. Ensure there are team
work in the department and equality in duties and responsibilities.
协助部门主管工作，确保遵守服务区域内的福布斯工作标准和安全不因任何原因而被忽视。确保在团队内部的平等工作和责任承担。
2.
Provide
continuous guest service and anticipation of guests’ needs.
为客人提供持续的服务和预见客人的需求。
3.
Set up
workstation with necessary supplies: towels, water. Maintain cleanliness
throughout shift.
布置好工作区，准备好必备的消耗品：毛巾、水。始终保持清洁。
4.
Check
facilities and notify supervisor of any safety hazards.
检查设施，注意可能存在的安全隐患。
5.
Maintain the
presentation and cleanliness swimming pool continuously.
始终留意和保持游泳池的整齐和清洁。
6.
Demonstrate
full knowledge and usage of fitness and swimming items according to guest’s
needs.
在需要的情况下，全面的知识，并能向客人演示健身房、游泳池的设施如何使用。
7.
Handle guest
complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
处理客人投诉，解决问题并使客人满意。
8.
Pay attention
guest behaviour when they are stay in swimming pool, must follow safety
guideline.
关注各种客人在泳池的各种行为举止符合安全的要求。
9.
Be proactive by
keeping swimming pool clean and tidy on a daily basis.
根据每日基本要求检查并保持所有的设备的清洁。
10.
Assist and help
any members or guests that requires any assistant in the pool or in the pool
area, which requires any services or requests.
在泳池或泳池附近，当在客人需要服务或帮助的时候，提供协助。
任职资格：
1.
Minimum 3 years’
college education
至少三年大专
2.
National Life
Guard Certification
国家认证的救生员证书
3.
Life Guard and
Reception experience
