Job responsibility 岗位职责
1.Provide high standard food and beverage service in accordance with departmental specifications and procedures. 按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
2.Handle guest complaints correctly.正确处理客人的投诉。
3.Get bar items according to the bar inventory.根据酒吧存货量领取酒吧物品。
4.Provide basic beverage knowledge and beverage service training for bartenders.为酒吧侍应生提供基本的饮料知识和饮料服务的培训。
5.Conduct daily meetings and attend f&B meetings as planned.召开每日例会和参加计划好的餐饮部会议。
6.Develop departmental norms and procedures for sales, beverage innovation and profitability.为销售,饮品创新和利润制定部门的规范和程序。
