1.确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
2.在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
3.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4.在每次用餐结束后清理台面或餐桌并重新摆台。
Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
5.在助理经理不在时,给员工进行日常关于餐前准备、服务及菜单的例会。
In the absence of Assistant Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to colleagues on preparation, service and menu.
6.针对每日营运和质量控制,协助与厨房及酒水部门密切沟通。
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
7.确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少三年大专。
Minimum 3 years’ college education.
2.至少1年在同等职位上的管理工作经验。
At least 1 year working experience on the same position in food and beverage.
