职位描述 Job description
1.协助餐厅经理及副经理管理日常的餐厅营运。
Assisting manager in the outlet’s operation.
2.编排员工的排班计划和每日工作分工明细。
Associate duty roster and station plan.
3.了解客人对餐厅的服务及出品的满意程度,对客人反馈加以适当的处理与跟进。
Checking of guests’ satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.
4.负责餐厅的设备设施的维护及保养,负责对餐厅的卫生情况加以督促及管理。
Restaurant maintenance and housekeeping.
5.熟悉餐饮知识和餐厅菜单。
Good command food product and menu knowledge.
6.了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。
Total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure.
7.控制食品出产的标准。
To examine goods for quality and quantity.
8.确保客人的需求和合理的要求被满足。
Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.良好的英语口译。
Good English skills
2.2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for 2years.
