1.在每日运营例会中积极主动分析自己的想法、观点和建议。
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings.
2.保证冷库中所有物品遵守先进先出原则,以最大化减少浪费和损坏。
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage / spoilage.
3.确保库存申请单准确记录。
Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
4.确保所有工作区域、器皿和设备的干净及维护。
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
5.遵守厨房政策、流程和服务标准。
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
6.在处理食物和饮品时遵守所有安全卫生政策。
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.要求在厨房烹饪领域有相关工作经验,如在烹饪学科有学位证书更佳
Previous experience in the culinary field required or Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline.
