职位描述 Job description
1.遵守酒店员工手册的规章制度。
Follow the regulations and rules of the handbook.
2.保持泳池区域的卫生清洁，设施设备摆放整齐。
Keep the pool clean and put all articles in order.
3.注意个人的仪容仪表，并符合明星服务的标准.
Make up yourself in accordance of our star service standard.
4.当客人到来时，主动上前问候，并介绍各大泳池，带客人到喜欢的位子后，送给毛巾，做好登记，并帮客人铺好。
Actively greet to the guest when they come, give them some introductions about pools and lead them to their favorite place. send towels to them, take notes and also make the chair for them.
5.当客人离开时,礼貌与其道别,并迅速收拾脏毛巾、打扫椅垫,以便接待下一位客人的到来.
Politely say goodbye to them, and tidy the dirty towels up, arrange the thing for the next.
6.随时巡视各个泳池情况，注视客人和池内的动静。如客人有任何疑问，应耐心向客人解答。
Tour all pools, take care of the guests and pool condition, if they have any questions, be patient to give them answers.
7.当客人询问方向时，应使用正确指引姿势，确保客人找到目的地。
When guests ask the way, you should give them correct answers with proper gesture.
8.在各个泳池来回走动，注意客人的安全。随时提醒客人注意安全。
Walk around and see near pools, keep high alert.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.至少一年救生工作经验。
Minimum 1 years experiences in lifesaving.
2.具备救生员证。
Life Guard Certificate.
