Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
2.根据酒店烹饪食谱和标准,确保所有零点、自助餐和宴会菜单的食品准备具有连贯性和一致性.。
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte, buffet and Banquet menus according to Property recipes and standards.
3.通过有创造性的发展菜单和呈现出品来保持并提高食物品质。
Maintain and enhance the food products through creative menu development and presentation.
4.确保所有工作区域、器皿和设备的干净和维护。
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
5.遵守厨房政策、流程和服务标准。
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
6.履行其他上级主管分配的任务。
Perform other duties as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.要求在厨房烹饪领域有团队领导经验。
Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required.
2.有能力在高压、快节奏的工作环境下与部门同事团结协作,关注客人需求。
Ability to work, well under pressure in a fast paced environment, cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, focus attention on guest needs.
3.监督西饼房的轮班运作,确保每个班次的工作都符合所有餐饮政策、标准和流程。
Supervises pastry kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
4.理解厨房运营对于酒店整体财政目标的影响,设法达到甚至超越酒店收益目标。
Understands the impact of kitchen operation on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
5.至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing.
