1.配合其他运营部门如前台、礼宾部、客房、餐饮去安排客人的要求。
Coordinate with other operating departments such as Front Office, Concierge,
Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to arrange guest’s requirements.
2.解决客户关于预订的投诉并立即采取补救行动。
Solve complaints from clients in regard to reservations and take immediate remedy
action.
3.有效和专业的处理所有预订请求。
Handle all reservation requests efficiently and professionally.
4.在系统里正确,迅速地输入预订请求,修改和取消预定。
Enter reservations requests, amendments and cancellations properly, promptly and
into Cambridge PMS.
5.确保个人资料、公司资料、旅行社资料和来源资料正确连接在系统里。
Ensure individual profiles, company profiles, travel agents profiles and source
profiles are properly linked in Cambridge PMS.
6.使用销售技巧为优化酒店收入并时刻显示高水平的客户服务。
Use the selling skills in order to optimize hotel revenue and display at all times, high
level of customer service.
7.在所有分销渠道保持一个高水平的价格相等。
Maintain a high level of rate parity amongst all distribution channels.
8.完成上级交待的其他工作。
Carry out other tasks assigned by your superiors.
任职要求 Qualification
1.酒店管理或相关学科的文凭
Diploma or certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
2.至少在酒店预订部有两年工作
Minimum 2 years solid working experience in hotel reservations.
3.优秀的口头和书面中英文表述,精通普通话或者其他语言将具有一定的优势。
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin or other language would be a definite advantage.
4.良好的团队合作精神,能够很好与同事合作
Good team player and able to develop working relationships with colleagues.
