In line withprescribed Niccolo policies and procedures. Overall responsiblefor Tea Lounge administration and operations of the sections appointed in the RB&Edivision. Maximize profits, saving cost and guest satisfaction.

Conduct regular divisionalcommunications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings areeffective and conducted as necessary.

Ensure the delivery of brand promiseand provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Spend time at Niccolo Kitchen (duringpeak periods) to ensure that they are managed well by the respective colleaguesand functions to the fullest expectations.

Give assistance to SalesDept., Public and Media to complete the promotional activities of RB&EDept. Be familiar with the customers of RB&E and foster good relations withthem. Be maintaining revenue for the department.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.大专学历,高级文凭持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相关专业。
University/ Higher Diploma graduate,major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2.至少2年酒店餐饮工作经验在同等职位。
At least 2 years working experience onthe same position in RB&E.
