Ensures the efficient and economic operation of the FOOD AND BEVERAGE Division providing services and support to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment in optimum condition.
2.每周举行一次厨师团队会议,确保所有会议都精心策划,高效和注重结果。
Conducts weekly Chef team Meetings, ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficient and results oriented.
3.按要求参加所有会议并做出贡献。
Attends and contributes to all meetings as required.
4.确保所有员工随时提供礼貌和专业的服务。
Ensure all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
5.以礼貌和有效的方式处理客人和员工的查询,如果不能立即找到解决方案,则会报告投诉或问题,同时反馈及时跟进。
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
6.确保个人陈述和梳理的高标准。
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
7.保持良好的工作关系,积极的客人和同事互动。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
8.回应请求承担任何合理的任务和次要职责,并按照酒店,行业和公司的规定进行更改。
Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.理想情况下获得烹饪/款待的二级文凭或专业烹饪学位;
Ideally with a secondary diploma or professional cooking school degree in Culinary/Hospitality.
2.至少12年以上国际五星级酒店或高端饭店工作经验。
Minimum of 12 Years’ Experience in international 5 Star hotels or High-end Establishments.
