【岗位职责】
·Oversee the operations of all Public Area to ensure the hygiene and maintenance standard are up to hotel requirement.
监督和管理酒店公共区域的清洁卫生,确保达到酒店的标准。
· Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Executive Housekeeper if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
迅速巧妙地处理客人的投诉和要求。确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意。如果无法妥善处理客人的投诉和要求应请求行政管家的帮助。
·Manage the manpower and cost of amenity to ensure smooth operation is provided and expense is met with budget.
管理劳动力和日用品的成本,确保提供顺利地运作,符合预算中的支出。
· Monitor cleaning tasks and schedule according to need to ensure the smoothness of service and operation.
根据需要监督清洁任务和工作程序,确保服务和运作的顺利完成。
· Conduct counselling, training of staff to maintain the efficiency of colleague performance.
对员工进行辅导、培训,以保持员工的工作效率。
·Collaborate with reports of monthly revenue, expense and store requisition to ensure supplies are replenished according to par stock and budgets are met.
配合完成每月收支报告和申领单,确保按照库存套数和预算补充日用品。
·Examine plant maintenance and flower arrangements to ensure decoration are met with hotel requirement and standard.
检查植物的保养和花卉分配,确保装饰符合酒店的要求和标准。
·Conduct and schedule machinery maintenance to ensure all equipment are functioning properly and well-maintained.
管理和安排机器的维修保养,确保所有的设备正常运转和得到好的维护。
·Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其它指定任务。

- 语言要求:英语-良好
