financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to,
including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating
equipment and other assets.

Ensure that Restaurants, Bars & Events colleagues work in a supportive and

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Restaurants, Bars & Events
items in the menu and the ability to recommend Restaurants, Bars & Events
combinations and up sell alternatives.

Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the
back of house.

In the absence of Assistant Outlet Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to colleagues
on preparation, service and menu.

Assist to liaise with the Culinary and Beverage Department on daily operations and
quality control if appropriate.

Perform the function of cashier and responsible for Infrasys cashiering procedure.

Verify all credit cards presented by guest within validity of the card.

Verify cash received ensuring only genuine money been collected.

Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.

Ensure par stock level of all items and guest supplies according to hotel requirement.

Ensure consistent check and supervision on Restaurants, Bars & Events items during
operation, making feedback as appropriate.

Supervise on restaurant services and catering standards, implement correct measure with
assistant Niccolo Kitchen manager, Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef where
necessary.

Carry out inspection on Restaurants, Bars & Events operation with restaurant
manager frequently and thoroughly.

Give assistance to restaurant manager on creative suggestions and ideas.

Support, demonstrate and reinforce the Niccolo Hotels Values and Culture Characteristics.

Other Duties 其他职责
Exercise responsible supervisory behaviour at all times and positively representing the
hotel team and Wharf International.
在任何时间表现负责的行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和九龙仓国际。
Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague
Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.

Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

Respond to changes in the Restaurants, Bars & Events function as dictated by the

Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
