平面设计师Artist / Designer

•Monitor all the designed artworks/ photos/videos.
监督管理所有美术设计、照片、视频。
•Ensures proper records of materials taken from /returned to department are maintained.
妥善记录物料调用情况（借出/归还）。
•Complete design tasks based on work order requests.
根据要求完成设计任务。
•Set up internal trace system for better time management and planning.
建立任务内部跟踪系统，更好地进行时间管理与规划。
•Undertakes production of advertisement, collateral and other projects.
负责各类广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的制作。
•Oversee layout and design of advertisements, hotel collateral and other projects.
监督酒店广告、宣传品及其他设计项目的设计和排版工作。
•Propose new and creative ideas / concepts to improve overall collateral standard.
为整套宣传品印刷标准提出具有新意的理念和想法。
•Co-ordinate the design and production schedule with Communications Director to meet all job deadline.
与沟通协商制作日程，确保在截止日前完成。

•Presents ideas and suggestions and consults with Communications Director on special projects, special events that required themed decorations.
特别项目、活动时，提出想法和建议并与市场传讯总监商量，确定主题布置方案。
•Determines style, techniques to meet desired effect.
确定式样、印刷技术以实现预期效果。
•Liaises with Purchasing Department and work with suppliers and other departments to professionally and competently execute all projects.
与采购部门保持联系，与供应商及其他部门良好沟通，专业并出色地完成所有任务项目。
•Undertakes special assignments for special events and special projects relating to the decorations, theme and set-up for banquet events.
负责特别活动和项目的美化装饰、主题设计、宴会活动的场地布置等。
•Perform all other duties as required.
根据要求做好其他相关事务。
•To ensure all collaterals are adhered to the corporate identity standards. To control requisition of art supplies. To maintain a filing system for artwork, colour separation and collaterals, within the Art Department.
确保所有的设计品都符合集团的VI标准。控制各个部门递交来的美工单。建立一个设计品的档案系统，合理有效地分类整理酒店内的所有印刷品和设计品。
•To liaise with outside contractor on artwork production requirement.
与外部的供应商保持联系，以确保设计品的质量完全符合我们的要求。
