Check that all inter-office memos are dispatched and collected.
1. 负责检查内部文件的传达和收取有序。
Attend to all phone calls, guests, internal and external - as such, a calm, efficient, courteous manner.

Operate correctly and efficiently, phones, computer and walkie-talkie.

Constantly check on message books that those concerned have followed up messages received.
4随时检查部门留言簿,确保相关事务的跟进。

5为行政管家填写报告、备忘录、信函
Maintain efficient filing system
6负责管理部门档案。
Prepare all “Purchase Requisition” and “Store Requisition” and follow them through to completion.
7准备所有部门的采购申请单和物品申领单。
Keep a smooth operation of office updating, informing, and checking all this throughout the day so that, ideally, nothing is outstanding at the end of the day.
8确保办公室内各种相关事务的顺利进行。
Take charge and operate office without supervision for long periods.
9能力自主独立地运行每日的文员工作流程。
Lost and found items brought down by the Room Attendants must be recorded and wrap up properly and store them in the lost and found store.
10负责登记保管所有客房服务员上缴的宾客遗失物品。 确保无遗漏。
If any emergency comes up, call Assistant Manager on duty, Executive Housekeeper.
11如有紧急和突发情况发生,及时通知值班经理,行政管家
All keys movement must be documented and properly secured after use. To conduct key inventory according to the scheduled time.
12负责每日的登记分发部门的所有钥匙,并确保所有钥匙的安全保管。定期须作部门所有钥匙的清点,做到万无一失。
Ensure all mini bar consumption reported by housekeeping associates are accurately recorded & replenished.
13负责记录保管客房小冰箱每日饮料消费的数量登记。确保记录准确。
Co-ordinate mini bar consumption with Front Office and Room Service associates.
14如有小冰箱每日饮料消费的出入, 须负责和前台,客房送餐部的协调。
Ensure all mini bar consumption is posted accurately.
15每日对帐, 确保所有小冰箱每日的消费准确入客人的房帐。
To record all mini bar losses, denied consumption & damages.
16负责记录所有小冰箱每日饮料的损失,以及宾客对消费的争议。
Carry out the duties of a Housekeeping Attendant or Laundry Attendant if required.
17随时准备协助客房服务员的工作。
Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
18通过观察,能够及时预见到宾客的需求,并通过自己的服务和有效沟通为宾客提供方便
岗位要求
Education: University graduated, major is English and/or Hotel management.
文化程度: 大学毕业,英语专业或相关酒店管理专业。
Certification: Supervisory Skill Training,Certification of Hotel English 。
文凭证书: 管理技能培训,酒店英语证书 。
Experience: 1 years above in similar position
工作经验: 1年以上同岗位职位经验。
Other: Proficiency in Microsoft office software:Word,Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Opera operation system
其它: 熟悉办公软件:Word,Excel和PowerPoint, opera 等酒店操作系统
