Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms and service areas.
Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request
Maintain all equipment in good working condition
Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
Actions on any guests' preference.
Maintains all interactions with guests and handled professional with care adhering to hotel.
Delivers high cleaning quality consistently as per established standard.
Maintains and cleans guestrooms, corridors and floor pantries as per established standard
a) Operating procedures.
Replaces all supplies, amenities and linens as per established standard operating procedures.
Provides turn down to guest rooms according to procedures.
Upon completion,updatesguest room’s status.
Ensures rooms are cleaned according to Rooms requirement of the day.
Keeps trolley neat and adequately supplied.
Maintains all equipment in good working condition.
Keeps linen closet neat and in good order.
Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor.
Reports maintenance deficiencies to the Floor Supervisor.
Reports any lost and found item to Lost and Found room immediately.
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
Job Knowledge / Skill:
Good knowledge for using chemicals and clean rooms.
Certification: Senior high school or above work experience is preferred
Experience: 2 to 3 years experience as Floor Attendant
