岗位职责
1 Assist Banquet Manager in all aspects of his responsibility scope.
协助宴会经理各种行政上的工作
2 Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
协助确保餐饮部运作符合其酒店策略,适当执行酒店规章。
3 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
4 Continuously seeks Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
不断寻求市场和公关方面的机会以加强关注力并最终带来生意。
5 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度以及涉及到消防、卫生、健康和安全的酒店政策。
6 Supervise, lead and work together with associates to provide the food and beverage services in line with the Hotel’ s policy and procedure to guests for functions.
协同、监督所有的同伴为客人提供酒店程序及政策的食品和饮品服务
7 Actively involve in planning of training and developing associates.
积极参与各种培训计划,并主动开发创新
8 Monitor and control the operating equipment, capitals and wear and tears of the banquet department at consistent tip-top condition level to ensure consistent supply.
监督,控制所有的运营设备维修及保养,整齐的制服着装,使宴会部门的运作达到一贯的输出水平。
9 Maintain the cleanliness of the banquet rooms, back of the house area and storeroom areas and upkeep them in a consistent neat, tidy and well serviced condition.
清理宴会的后场区域,保持宴会厅的清洁整齐,包括边台等维修工作的标准运作。
10 Co-ordinate with guests for function requirement and anticipate to guest maximum satisfaction.
统筹客人的会议需求,提前预知客人的需要,使之让客人得到最大的满足
11 Communicate with the banquet manager and associates in a consistent manner.
席协调讨论,保持宴会活动的顺利进行
12 Roster the banquet department associates and casual associates for functions needs and anticipate the constant changes due to nature of the banquet department.
提前做好重要名单的安排及需求,以便及时的更改及服务细节的跟进,
13 Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其他的指派工作任务
岗位要求
Education: High school graduate, (tourism school preferable)
文化程度: 高中毕业,旅游管理专业
Certification: Certificate on Train the Trainer, Leadership Skill, Supervisory Training
文凭证书: 领导能力培训证书,培训导师证书,管理能力培训证书。
Experience: 5 years in food and beverage service in a large size international hotel(4 or 5 star) with at least 3 years in captain position
工作经验: 至少5年同类工作经验并至少2年的国际酒店宴会经理助理工作经验。
Other: Age at 26 years and above (preferred); dynamic, pleasant and outgoing personality; command of computer is preferred but not required; proficiency in English speaking and Mandarin speaking; good interpersonal skill and able to work with people in a professional manner.
其它要求: 大方活泼、个性开朗、至少26岁以上,英语和普通话流利,能熟练操作计算机系统,有团队合作意识,有良好的人际交往能力与协调能力者优先
