1.     Report to Sous Chef

向厨师长汇报

2.     Have general knowledge of food technique.

拥有一定的食物知识。

3.     Ensure that mis-en-place is completed prior toservice.

确保在服务之前完成准备工作。

4.     Supervise and take active part in cleaningkitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.

督导厨房的安全工作，并积极参与清洁厨房的设备。

5.     Ensure that suppliers are picked up in time.

确保供货商准时到货。

6.     Control food wastage so as to minimize foodcost.

控制浪费食物并降低成本。

7.     Complete other duties as assigned.

完成其他分配任务。
