职位:Guest Service Agent 前台接待员
岗位职责/职位描述
1. Attend to all continental club floorguests which include room assignment, room check, amenities requisition,registration card printing, room key issuing, stand-by for guest arrival,registration and escorting guest to the room.
a) 处理贵宾楼客人的分房,房间检查,设施设备,入住登记单的打印,准备房卡,等待客人到店,办理住房登记,再护送客人到房间。
2. Interact with all guests to create awarm and friendly ambience, obtaining feedback of hotel services from guests.
a) 与客人有良好的互动,从客人处获得对酒店服务的反馈信息。
3. Assist the Club Lounge during mealperiod to ensure all guests are attended to promptly, possessing full knowledgeof Club Lounge operations.
a) 熟悉酒廊运作,在行政酒廊用餐时间协助客人提供服务。
4. Manage the Continental Club Business Centre, provide secretarialsupport to guests when required.
a) 管理贵宾楼商务中心,在客人有需求的时候提供秘书服务。
5. Assist in appeasing irate guests, helpto resolve any conflicts for hotel guests on the Continental Club Floor andfeedback to Assistant Manager.
a) 协助平息盛怒的客人,帮助解决客人在贵宾楼的问题。
6. Monitor daily guest departures ensuringall extension of stays are supported by either credit card pre-authorisation orfurther deposit collected from guest.
a) 检查每天客人的离店情况,确保所有的延住已用信用卡预先授权或住客已提供额外的押金。
7. Monitor and follows up on in-houseguest with high outstanding balance to ensure settlement of outstanding bills.
a) 检查和跟进住店客人的超支账单以确保超支账单可以解决。
8. Complete other duties as assigned.
a) 完成分派的其他任务。
