Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Conduct sales, follow-up and reception work for meetings, government delegations and individual guests.
执行会议、政府代表团及散客的销售及跟进接待工作。

2. Organize sales representatives to visit clients and manage client information.
组织销售代表走访客户，管理客户资料。

3. Keep track of internal and external business and FIT market trends; organize sales staff for client visits, and review the sales representatives’ visit plans and visit records.
掌握内外商务、散客市场动态，组织销售人员走访客户，审核销售代表的走访计划及拜访记录。

4. Supervise the work of sales representatives, review the Meeting Reception Notice, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
检查销售代表的工作，审核《会议接待通知》，完成季度销售任务。

5. Draft and revise quotation letters, contracts, sales documents and memorandums.
编写、修改报价信函、合同及推销文书及《备忘录》。

6. Actively promote hotel services and facilities to build up the hotel’s image.
积极宣传酒店服务和设施，树立酒店形象。

7. Fill in work reports and report existing problems to the Director of Marketing.
填写《工作报表》，将工作中存在的问题反映给市场总监。

Job Requirements 岗位要求

1. College diploma or above; minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。

2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英语听说读写熟练。

3. Dignified and proper behavior; appearance and grooming meet hotel standards.
行为举止端正大方，仪容仪表符合酒店行业要求。

4. Candidates shall possess the following competencies: execution, decision-making, change management, adaptability, communication, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational awareness, integrity, people development, problem-solving, strategic thinking, business acumen, time and task management.
