•Supervises the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations.  
督导餐厅的日常工作和服务,以确保各项政策,程序和标准的正常运作以满足和超越客户的期望为目标
•Coordinates and supervises the work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure there is an adequate number of staff on duty and submits for approval.
协助和监督下属的工作,协助经理完成日常工作计划的准备,以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务
•Participates at times in the selection of all reporting staff.  Motivates them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required and participates in the evaluation of their performance once a year.

•Assists in the identification of training needs and the development of a training plan.Implements the training activities and assists in the follow up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness.

•Inspects all related areas to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance, arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants servicing, etc
定时检查餐厅的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全,及定期清洁、保养维修
•Mantains high visibility during meal service in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
保持高度集中,以确保餐厅服务的顺利进行,促进良好的公共关系,纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉,以确保他们得到满意的回复                   
•Coordinates the service activities with the kitchen in order to achieve a timely delivery of food whilst maintaining effective communication with Kitchen Staff.
与厨房建立有效的沟通,同时确保食品及时的送达                     
•Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their availability.Controls usage of all food items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and service equipments ensuring all equipments is used in a correct and safe manner.
预期并保持所有的物料和用品的有效期。确保所有食品、生产设备、工具和服务设备的正确和安全使用
•Monitors operating expenses to ensure the cost of sale is in line with the annual budget. 
监控营运开支,以确保销售成本与预算一致                        
•Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that they are able to anticipate and answer clients' requests and questions.
确保对所有应急程序、产品促销、产品知识、重要客人、宴会和员工的了解,以便能答复他们的要求和问题
•Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports, maintaining a logbook and other specific duties related to the job function.

•Is knowledgeable about the Food and Beverage and Hotel Product
