1.Determines optimal operating efficiencies and take necessary corrective measures when variance from standards are excessive through logs and utility data.
2.Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
3.Prepare engineering department required spare parts list.
4.Prepares PM annual plan and a monthly Maintenance Status Report.
5.Operation and control of Plant and equipment.
6.Energy management systems and procedures.
7.Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate staff.
8.Set and maintain service standards.
9.In charge of the operation of all system equipment, takes appropriate action if necessary.
10.Ensure the effectiveness of saving energy by strictly managing and monitoring the hotel's energy consumption.
11.Implementing of preventive maintenance repair plan, ensure the normal operation of the hotel facilities and services for guests (such as: lighting, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, water treatment system and the swimming pool).
