Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance.

2.Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels.

3.Effectively manage and be in control of all inventorices.

4.Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with Kampinski Revenue Management standards and initiatives.

5.Play a leader role on the property’s weekly Revenue Management & Operations meetings.

6.Effectively implements and complies with Kempinski Reservations standards:

7.Supervise the Reservations Agents in their daily duties, including pick-ups, travel agents’ commissions, staff responses to clients, etc.

Job Profile 任职资格:
1.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management, including electronic distribution.
至少3年收益分析管理的工作经验,包括电子分销。
2.Knowledge of Opera PMS and familiar with it.
掌握Opera 系统相关知识并能熟练使用。
3.Relevant experience in Reservations. Hotel Operations and Revenue Management experience are a plus.
预订方面的相关经验,酒店运营和收入管理经验优先。
4.Detail orientated. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
注重细节。有良好的团队合作精神和人际关系技巧。
5.Ability to solve problem and make decision by oneself.
