Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
保持高标准的个人仪容仪表和个人卫生状况。
2.A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
始终提供礼貌、专业和高效的服务。
3.Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
熟悉酒店所提供的服务和产品。
4.Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by hotel assigned.
对酒店所提供的食品和饮料有全名的了解和认识。
5.Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
确保工作场所和周围区域始终保持整洁有序。
6.Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
礼貌、高效地处理客人的询问，向主管汇报客人的投诉和反馈。
